VitriFlex NRPT is a highly flexible, expandable sleeve used to suppress noise on wires, tubes and hoses. Its lightweight, rugged construction also provides mechanical protection that is superior to foam.

Vitriflex NRPT is easy to apply, and one size fits many applications since it readily expands. In addition, the open-weave construction permits drainage and prevents condensation.

Vitriflex NRPT is braided from a combination of monofilament, polyester abrasion-resistant strands and multifilament, polyester noise-suppression strands.This carefully calculated mix of strands provides an excellent balance of key features, including: flexibility, expandability, abrasion resistance, noise suppression and self-fitting recovery. These features optimize the handling properties of the oversleeve and assure a longer service life for the final assembly.

Vitriflex NRPT has many applications in body wiring harnesses, instrument panel harnesses, dome light wiring harnesses, door lock rods, tubing, hose, and cable assemblies.
